Its called empowerment

According to The Oxford Desk Dictionary and Thesaurus:

Empowerment - 1. authorize, license 2. give power to; make able.

My philosopy has always been to give my downline power. Make them able to carry on for their dreams and to be bigger than they could ever imagine in their MLM business.

This can easily be accomplished by handing them the tools to succeed.
